  • Can I exchange a products?

    Yes, if the item is sealed and within 7 days of purchase, you may exchange.

  • Can I return an item I bought from you?

    Yes, you can return as long as it is sealed and within 7 day of purchase Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery Product is used or altered Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer.

  • I have received a damaged / defective / wrong product in my order. How should I proceed?

    Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit and if you notice the product is not same as you have ordered, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund if you report the problem a same day with a picture.

  • I ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?

    As long as it is not opened and sealed you may return. If the seal is opened then you will not be able to return.

  • How will I get refunded for cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

    In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

    In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be reflected in the payment instrument through which the transaction was made.

    In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • How do Blush Beauty ensure the quality and authenticity of products?

    All products at Blush Beauty are genuine and authentic. We do not accept any grey market products. We only buy our inventory from the brand or authorized distributors of the brand.
